Are my files uploaded?
No. Images and PDFs are read in your browser. The first time you use a language, its reading data (a few MB) is downloaded once and kept; your files never leave your device.
How accurate is it?
Very good on clear prints, screenshots and scans; weaker on handwriting, tiny text, blur or heavy shadows. Tap any line to see where it came from on the image and fix it right there.
