Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of doetra.com, the Doetra AI platform, our free tools, and any custom services offered by AI Doetra LLC (collectively, the “Services”).

Throughout these Terms, “Doetra,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to AI Doetra LLC. By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

1. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.

2. Plans, credits and payment

• Doetra offers a Free plan and paid 30-day plans (Basic, Pro and Scale), and a one-time Enterprise Package (see section 3). Custom work (website design, SaaS development, app development and digital marketing) is quoted per project — see section 4.
• Each paid plan gives you a set number of credits that you spend on generating content. Paid plans and their credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase; unused credits expire after 30 days. The Free plan includes 30 credits each month.
• All payments are one-time purchases. Nothing renews automatically and you will never be charged again unless you choose to buy again.
• Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

3. Enterprise Package

The Enterprise Package is a one-time purchase of $999. It includes:

• Three professionally designed blog websites
• One year of domain registration and hosting for each website
• 30,000 Doetra credits, added to your account once (these are one-time credits, not a monthly allowance)
• Competitor analysis
• On-page and off-page SEO

Delivery scope, timelines and any specific requirements are confirmed with you in a written project agreement before work starts, and that agreement applies in addition to these Terms. After the first year, domain and hosting renewals are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise. Refunds for the Enterprise Package are covered by section 2 of our Refund Policy.

4. Custom projects

Website design, SaaS development, app development and digital marketing projects are quoted individually, typically between $49 and $4,999. The scope, price, timeline and payment terms for each project are set out in a written quote or agreement, which applies in addition to these Terms.

5. Free tools

Our free tools (Video Studio, 3D Photo, Background Remover, Photo Restorer and Magic Eraser) are provided “as is” and may have usage limits. We may change or remove free tools at any time.

6. Your content

• You keep ownership of the content you submit and the content generated for you, subject to the rights of any third parties and the terms of our AI providers.
• You give us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the Services.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, including checking facts, affiliate disclosures and compliance with the rules of platforms such as Amazon Associates and Pinterest.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringes anyone’s rights.
• Generate spam, fake reviews or misleading affiliate content.
• Upload images you do not have the right to edit.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the Services without our permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Third-party services

The Services connect to third-party platforms such as WordPress, Amazon and Pinterest. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

AI-generated content can contain mistakes. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic or income.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Doetra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Services, with notice where reasonable.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless local law gives you other rights.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are important, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the new Terms.
