Most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days after processing.

Shipping Locations
Doetra LLC currently ships to selected international locations.
If your location is available at checkout, we can ship to your address.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, we may not currently support shipping there.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any available shipping offer will be clearly shown on the website or checkout page.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you tracking details by email when tracking is available.
Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment.
If your tracking number does not update immediately, this does not always mean your order has stopped moving. Some carriers take time to scan and update packages.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
This can happen when products are stored in different locations or shipped by different fulfillment partners.
You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Doetra LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We work with shipping carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver your order safely.
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If your order appears lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact our support team with your order number and tracking details.
Doetra LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing, stolen, or misplaced. Please contact your local carrier for more delivery details.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s rules.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Doetra LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
