We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Not damaged by customer use

  • Approved by our support team before return shipping

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  • The item you want to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please send clear photos or videos showing the issue.

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund

  • Other suitable solution based on the issue

Change of Mind Returns

If you ordered the correct item but changed your mind, we may accept the return if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

For change of mind returns:

  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees may not be refundable

  • The item must be returned in resellable condition

  • Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the item

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product condition.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Used items

  • Damaged items caused by customer use

  • Personal care items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items returned without approval

Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

If cancellation is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund decision.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or approved otherwise by our support team.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Doetra LLC is not responsible for returned items lost during shipping.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

International Orders

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or other import charges.

These charges are not refundable by Doetra LLC.
