Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Doetra. This policy explains when you can get a refund for plan purchases, the Enterprise package and custom projects. You can try Doetra on the Free plan (30 credits a month) before paying.

1. Plan purchases (Basic, Pro and Scale)

• All plans are one-time payments, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again automatically.
• Refund window: if you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, as long as you have used less than 10% of the plan’s credits.
• Credits that have already been used cannot be refunded.

2. Enterprise Package

The Enterprise Package is a one-time purchase of $999 that includes three professionally designed blog websites, one year of domain and hosting, 30,000 credits, competitor analysis, and on-page and off-page SEO services.

• Before work begins: you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as no project work has started and no credits have been used.
• Domain and hosting: once domains have been registered and hosting has been set up, these costs are non-refundable.
• After work has started: you remain responsible for all services performed, resources used and deliverables completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.
• Credits: credits that have been used are non-refundable.

3. Custom Projects

This policy applies to all custom projects, including website design and development, SaaS development, mobile and web application development, and digital marketing services.

Project Deposits: An initial deposit is required to secure the project and cover preliminary planning, resource allocation, and project initiation. Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.

Project Cancellation: If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started, the client remains responsible for payment for all services performed, resources utilized, and deliverables completed up to the effective cancellation date, in accordance with the agreed proposal or statement of work.

Milestone Payments: Payments associated with completed and client-approved milestones are non-refundable. Each milestone is considered fulfilled once the agreed deliverables have been completed and approved by the client.

All project fees, payment schedules, deliverables, and applicable terms will be outlined in the individual project agreement or proposal before work begins.

4. Free tools

Free tools have no charge, so no refunds apply.

5. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we will refund the mistaken charge in full.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with your invoice number and the reason for your request. We reply within [2 business days]. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10 business days], depending on your bank.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can usually solve problems faster. Accounts with open chargebacks may be paused until the dispute is resolved.
